The Firm has practice expertise in the representation of e-commerce business and the issues effecting the implementation of internet-related businesses. Additionally, the Firm has represented both private and public entities engaged in the automotive business. This practice area of the Firm has the necessary background in securities law, estate and federal taxation, and corporate finance necessary to incubate its client's new business enterprises, as well as to assist in the planning and execution of its institutional client's long range and requisite expansion goals.
