DAVID M. SHAW


Born in New York, New York, Mr. Shaw is a 1973 graduate of Columbia School of Law, as well as a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Virginia, class of 1970, where he obtained his baccalaureate degree. Prior to the formation of Haile. Shaw & Pfaffenberger, P.A., Mr. Shaw was partner of the Miami law firm of Arky, Freed, Stearns, Watson & Greer, and had been associated with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of Hunton & Williams. He is a member of the Florida and Virginia Bars as well as a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Shaw concentrates in the area of real estate law, specializing in real estate development and finance. Mr. Shaw is listed in Who's Who in Real Estate.
