GERALD L. PRINCIPE


Born in Brockton, Massachusetts, Mr. Principe is a 1975 graduate of Temple University and New England School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Principe is a 1970 graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where he obtained his baccalaureate degree. Mr. Principe is a member of the Florida and Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is a member of the Palm Beach_Martin County Estate Planning Council, Inc., and the Florida Bar Association's Liaison with Corporate Fiduciaries Committee. He is a founding board member of Foundation Pour I'Enfance of America, Inc., and assists the endowment committee of the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. as well as several other private foundations. Mr. Principe is certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Florida Bar and concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, trusts, and estate and probate administration and charitable planning.
