ROBERT G. HAILE, JR.


Born in New York City, New York, Mr. Haile is a 1972 graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Haile is a 1966 graduate of Dartmouth College, where he obtained his baccalaureate degree. Prior to the formation of Haile. Shaw & Pfaffenberger, P.A., Mr. Haile was a partner of the Park Avenue law firm of Schulte Roth & Zabel. Mr. Haile was previously associated with the Wall Street law firm of White & Case. Mr. Haile also served as a law clerk for Justice Herbert S. MacDonald, Supreme Court of the State of Connecticut, that State's highest Court. Mr. Haile is a member of the Florida, Connecticut, and New York Bars, and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. Haile concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation and securities litigation.
