SUSAN B. YOFFEE


Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Ms. Yoffee is a 1985 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. Ms. Yoffee is a 1982 graduate of Boston University, where she obtained her baccalaureate degree, Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Yoffee served as judicial clerk for the Honorable James H. Walden at the Fourth District Court of Appeal in the State of Florida. Prior to joining Haile. Shaw & Pfaffenberger, P.A., Ms. Yoffee was an associate with the Boca Raton law firm of Sachs & Sax, P.A. She is a member of the Florida and Colorado Bars as well as the American Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Ms. Yoffee concentrates in the area of commercial and estate and trust litigation.
