ANTOINETTE THEODOSSAKOS


Ms. Theodossakos represents a variety of clients from large companies with many locations to start-up enterprises with one office and a few employees. She advises employers, in federal and state courts and agencies, on a wide range of employment issues including employment terminations, sexual harassment, racial and gender investigations and family and medical leaves. In addition, Antoinette represents both public and private employers in all aspects of employment litigation and businesses in commercial disputes involving a variety of matters. Before joining Haile, Shaw & Pfaffenberger, P.A., Ms. Theodossakos was a partner with Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP. Ms. Theodossakos received her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law, Boston, MA and master's degree from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL.

Ms. Theodossakos has had several speaking engagements on topics including "Email and Internet Issues in the Workplace," "Appearance Discrimination," "Sexual Harassment - What It Is and How to Prevent It," and "The Rise of FLSA Claims."

Ms. Theodossakos is a Board Member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County, as well as Nonprofits First, Inc. She has also been a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Palm Beach County's Team-in-Training, completing several marathons, five sprint distance triathlons and three Olympic distance triathlons.
